This policy explains what is processed when you visit, how browser storage and email correspondence are handled, and what happens when you follow external links.
Website delivery and security
The website uses Cloudflare, Inc., through Cloudflare Workers with static assets. It consists of static files, with no application server or database. Cloudflare processes the following information for each request:
- IP address.
- Date and time of the request.
- Requested URL.
- Browser user agent.
- Referrer URL, if sent by the browser.
- Country derived from the IP address.
This processing delivers the website, protects it against attacks and abuse, and supports the start-page language redirect. Delivery and security rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interests in making the website available and protecting it. The website's Worker does not write request logs; Workers Logs are not enabled. Cloudflare processes request data under its own terms. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Language selection and site search
Requests to the start page / are redirected to a language version using the country Cloudflare derives from the IP address and supplies in the cf-ipcountry request header. The country is not stored. Site search runs entirely in your browser using a search index file loaded from this website; search terms are not sent anywhere.
Cookies and browser storage
The website's own scripts set no cookies. On pages with a sticky bar, they use the sessionStorage entry “cta-x” to remember that you closed it. This entry is cleared when the tab is closed.
| Cookie | Purpose | When it may be set |
|---|---|---|
| cf_clearance | Stores proof that a security challenge was passed. | Only if Cloudflare shows a security challenge. |
| __cf_bm | Bot protection. | Only if Cloudflare bot protection is active for the domain; expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. |
| cf_chl_* | Supports the Cloudflare challenge platform. | Only while a security challenge is shown. |
Further details appear in Cloudflare's cookie documentation. No analytics, tracking or advertising tools are used. Pages load no third-party resources and contain no embedded content.
Contact by email
Contact is available through the email link to [tevezmc32@gmail.com](mailto:tevezmc32@gmail.com); there is no contact form. Correspondence is handled using Google LLC's Gmail service. Information you send is processed to answer your request and handle follow-up. Depending on the nature of your request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual correspondence, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. See the Google privacy policy.
Partner links and other external links
Some pages contain partner links marked as such. Clicking one leads to the partner's website and passes campaign parameters identifying the site, page and placement. This website does not pass visitors' personal data through those parameters. The partner's own privacy policy applies there.
Pages also link to external sources, regulators and help services. Data is transferred to those websites only when you click a link.
Processing outside the EEA
The controller is established in UA, outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Hosting through Cloudflare and email handling through Google may also involve processing outside the EEA.
Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; its Data Processing Addendum incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses where a transfer requires them. See Cloudflare's GDPR information.
Google LLC has certified adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (incl. Swiss-U.S. DPF and UK Extension). See Google's data transfer frameworks.
Retention
The website itself stores no personal data. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up; no fixed deletion period has been set. Cloudflare's processing is governed by its own terms. The browser-storage and cookie durations described above apply separately.
Your data protection rights
Where the GDPR applies, Articles 15–21 provide rights, subject to their applicable conditions, to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
- You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation.
- Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- You may lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
- To exercise your rights, contact tevezmc32@gmail.com.
